Pricing and Services
Jurats (oath or affirmation)-$10 for the first signature, $1 for each additional signature
Acknowledgments- $10 for the first signature, $1 for each additional signature.
Certificate under seal (not otherwise provided for): $10.
Copying records (per page): $1.
Taking depositions (per 100 words): $1.
Swearing a witness to a deposition: $10.
Protesting a bill or note: $4.
Notice of protest: $1.
Other notarial acts: $10.
Travel, Convenience & Wait Time: May vary.
Base Signing Fee:
$125-$150 for loan signings, covering purchase, refinance, or HELOC documents.
Additional Services:
Travel: Fees can vary based on mileage,
Printing: Expect to pay extra for document printing and scanning, potentially around $25.
Drop-off: Fees for document drop-off (e.g., via FedEx, UPS) will vary based on the chosen carrier and delivery speed.
Additional Time: For signings exceeding two hours, expect to pay an additional fee, such as $25 per hour.
Cancellations/No Shows: A cancellation fee may apply if the signing is canceled with less than two hours' notice.
Standard Apostille/Authentication Fee: $15 per document plus travel fee
